1. No Solicitation of Clients: The Vendor will not contact, solicit, or provide services to any of Anjill’s clients for purposes that compete with Anjill’s Property Maintenance Services for 12 months after the end of any business relationship.
2. No Solicitation of Company: The Vendor will not solicit or accept work from Anjill’s outside the agreed-upon scope without written permission.
3. Confidentiality: The Vendor will keep all client information, pricing, and company processes confidential indefinitely.
4. Enforcement: Breaching this agreement may result in legal action, including seeking damages or injunctions.
